Yes, but you could make the same argument for the Mega/Stamina vs. Black Heart debate.

The Huge cutter looks sweet, so that must add to it's COL stat, which automatically makes it better.

It's kinda like luck, you have your real life luck, holy spirit luck, and the stat LCK.

There's also the "OMG KEWL" factor, the clothing/armor buffing KWL stat, and then theres the COL stat on your weapons.

I think we'lll have to wait until we get the S2 rank difficulties of Mad Beasts and Rainbow Beast untilwe get any new srank weapon drops. 2+ months from now. Unless they actually speed up the updates for US.

They might be S2 but they are only lvl 80+ which you can run into Hive 1 S. No new srank weapon boards will be dropped in the S2 missions we get March 9th unless they change things from the JPN update. Which they won't.

Following the JP side, we should technically have the Blackbull (10* Rifle) Board ala Dulk Falkis S. So, the next S rank we should get is the Sweet Death (10* Double Saber) from Mad Beast S2... whenever that comes out.
