From what I can understand it looks like if you purchase or continue your Guardian's License before March 31st, you get the month of April for free. Also during the month of April, seems like new accounts get 100,000 meseta for free along with a 50% discount on clothes and items and 3* luck. Not quite sure what the last thing says. Seems like they're holding an event or something and whoever participates gets into the expansion beta.

Of course, don't hold me to this. I'm just trying to make sense of Google's poor translation (I can't read Japanese http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif).

1. Anyone who reapplies and pays for their account with Auto-recurring credit payment gets their first month fee (They had to knock it down recently to convert SL IDs to PSU IDs)

2. Thos who pay by netcash, there will be a draw for various gifts, 2200 winners. Additionally, there will be a desktop calendar starting in April for d/l.

3. All newly registered accounts and those that complete the ID switch (remember, SL IDs are to become PSU IDs, they need to to create a PSU ID using your existing SL data) will receive 100k meseta. The reason for the 100k meseta is due to Ultimate Attack, ST wants everyone to enjoy the 50% discounts on clothes, and the x days of lv3 luck (where x = number of days earned).

4. As mentioned in the post before me, all participants in the beta will receive a Tails statue to their REAL accounts (not their beta accounts)

Has there been anything posted about how the 3x luck modifier is going to work? Will everyone on PSU receive 3x luck for a set number of days? If that is the case, I wonder if it will filter over to the North American servers.

EVERYONE will have up to a full week of max luck after the event is over and the maintenance is complete. I say up to because those days have to be earned through Ultimate Attack. Currently we're at 5 days, almost at 6.

Edit: remember that luck is pretty much a precalculated table. The US/EU servers will continue to follow that table while the JP servers have an override value for a week.
