need help with paysega

i just cant find the option to cancel my subscription on paysega, am i missing something?!

Are you xbox or pc/ps2?

If you are on Xbox I believe you must call them to cancel.

If you are on PC/PS2 go to http://www.playsega.com
Proceed to log in, and there should be a button on the side right after you log in that says "Cancel Subscription."

any reply would be great, as soon as i know how to cancel this whole thing u wont be seeing metric on the servers anymore... should make everyone happy right?
