So I got Noszonde past lvl 21 and WOW! It looks, wow, so awesome compared to the rest of the arts I think anyway. Plus the hilarity factor. Let me explain. I'm doing Hive missions S rank right, and those Flying bat creatures that hang out in the air half the time and spit Megid balls, well yeah, nothing more hilarious than sending that homing ball up at them and BAM! it knocks them out of the air and stuns them.

Because, and this is the best part http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif It knocks the enemies on their butt! Even the lvl90 enemies on Hive, like the Wizard and those bat things I just described oh, oh and the best is knocking over the Sendillians http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif hehehe I love it. They be all, "I'm running I'm running you can't catch me I'm a Sendillian" And I'm all, BAM! with the homing ball hahaha.

Ok, so I'll let ya know if it does anything cooler when it reaches lvl30. I have a feeling it might reach lvl 4 shock and possibly get bigger or hurt more than 2 enemies per hit.

So to level it up quickly, and I mean really quickly. Do missions on Fight for food or unsafe passage and if you can do A missions. Just get up in the middle of a group and make sure each blast hits 2 enemies. You'll be at lvl 21 in around 5 or 6 hours of doing that. I know that might sounds tedious but it's worth it, trust me.

Those are awesome pics http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif I would have taken some myself but 360 version so yeah, haven't figured out how to get my pc to take screens yet on the tv feed

They should make a series of these homing spells if you ask me, they are a lot of fun and do some serious damage. That is another thing, out of all the zonde spells this one seems to do the most damage as well. And for only 50 PA frags it's the cheapest as well.

I found this on our own forums, under ultimate arts in the guide section. It is a little better clarity pic of the lvl 21+ Noszonde, also there was a pic of the Megid (like we don't know what that looks like) but I'll post that link anyways, there was others, I guess check that guide if you want to see them

Just level 23 or 24 at the moment, I cant remember which, definately 23. It has shock lvl 3 at that point and still only hits 2 enemies at a time but it had a huge range to hit 2 at a time and knocks down even lvl 90 enemies I'd say 85% of the time, lower than that 100% knock down effect. I'm hoping lvl 30 gives it a little more kick, like shock lvl 4 or an additional enemy is hit. I've heard that one of the Nos spells does something like that at lvl 30 but I can't remember where I read it

It doesn't gain any other lvl at 30. It just stays the same SE lvl. your damage % will have increased though.

Thanks for the info Dj_SkyEpic, at least now I wont have expectation of changes and be disappointed. It is still my fav spell though. And your pic submission was good but the database blew it up so it looked pixelated.

lol I have a collection place that I use to get them ready to submit towards the database. If anything looks pixelated or etc. I can re-submit it.

I'm currently working on the rest to submit.

any information on Nosumegit? Can it hit flying monsters too and knock them up at lv.21? I know nosudiga can but does nosdiga get Lv.3 stun?

Dj_SkyEpic
Mar 6, 2007, 09:19 PM
NosMegid can hit flying mobs, does 2 targets, does knock-down, can also attack air-born enemies

nosdiga gets lvl 2 stun at lvl 21+

Chaobo99
Mar 6, 2007, 09:23 PM
so nosumegit is basically the same thing as noszonde except w/o the shock SE?

Dj_SkyEpic
Mar 6, 2007, 10:13 PM
That is correct. except it hovers on top of ground-leveled targets so It doesn't go under them exactly so you have a better chance of hitting opponents a little better, but their radius is the same still.

Noszonde is still faster, in my opinion.

So nosdiga starts and ends at level 2 stun. Not that it ever activates anyway. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif

Does it ever hit more than one target at a time? I kinda figured the serpents would go after different targets. I have mine at level 12 and it's doing a bit more damage than diga but at 4x the pp cost. That = fail in my opinion.

All in all, I'm disappointed with the nos techs, I want my frags back.

got any information about megiverse on lv21+? i try to level up all the megid spells, cause i like the color^^ sounds stupid, but for me, style is more important than eficiency http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif
just my megid is now on lv22 and the others are still at work http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wink.gif

I was disappointed at first with Noszonde foamcup, I don't know from experience with the other nos techs but it's starting to sound like noszonde is at least slightly better than the rest. I think right now, above lvl 21, it's taking 68 PP It is the most use on Moatoob and Dark/Light monsters I think. You should try it on Grove of Fanatics S, those robots hate it http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif

I know people are gonna call me a cheater for saying this but to me what is the difference between dodging an enemies fireball or whatever attack they have and hiding from it altogether? When I solo S Rank Hive I have to hide around the corner when I run into those Wizards and use Noszonde to take them out. Or at least 1 of them, 2 I can handle but 3 is suicide when they can take your entire health down in 1 hit (over 700hp per hit usually) I suppose if I had a Fire Armor I could switch to when I ran into them that would help but it would have to be over 40% just to give me a fighting chance. So I mix it up and either hit em with lvl 4 burn from my bow, or Foie balls, and when I get sick of dodging/dying I hide around a corner and send in the Noszonde homing balls. They don't usually do that much damage on the wizards (between 180-300 a hit) but it's a must for me at this point in time.

NosDiga has 3 "serpents that Strikes targets that are closest. It's possible to make them separate by angle and distance from your targets a few feet back. The NosDiga's Paralyze effect hits occasionally.

It has a very big radius. Probably would compare very well to the size of resta. The bad thing is that It doesn't really flinch the mobs so they will "jump" you easily x.x But with it's radius, it helps out before they reach you.

The Megiverse needs like 3 seconds of holding the button before actually striking a mob in it's ring, which is a bad thing for me ><

Dammegid huh? I'm gonna have to try that foamcup. And is insei-shiki a Card bullet? I'm an idiot and don't know all their names so it could be a bow bullet for all I know, even though I have them all http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_lol.gif

By the way, have you ever gotten a Ortaresin drop off Grove? I was told it dropped there but all I keep getting is Vestalines.

-shiki are Card bullets, -sou are Bow bullets.

Ortaresin is a boss box drop on Grove S I think...

boss box drop, awww man http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif how depressing. I can barely stand getting through that whole S rank mission what with all those bots flaming me to death, it's worse than the Wizards on hive I tell ya, way worse! I mean, that Noszonde really packs a punch on them but when their are 5 or even 6 at a time it's murder. Once again, I know it's cheap but I try to get on the stairs or a level above and use my bow/noszonde (this is when I solo that is, if I go with a team I don't even need to complain) but I'm trying to get Ortaresins instead of buying them, after failing my Hiragi synth. 265K just for the Ortaresin mats is crazy
