What is the general reward for Sranking those? More meseta? More MP? More PA fragments? (oh god please say yes to the last one!)

The general rule is S2 gives about 2.5x to 3x more. Most give in the 125-150mp range.

Heh, infact, is S2 really a huge step up from S? Is it like taking on Bruce B at lv. 40, with only basic classes excluding Forces? And getting an S-rank? No traps either. Oh and you have to play with your feet. (PCers too)

No new attacks in S2. Same enemies as in S. But, they are noticably faster than in S. Just as the S-rank monsters are noticably faster than A, etc. The Go Vahra in Crimson S2 move sickeningly fast.
