I don't know the answer to your first two questions, but the last one is "nobody".

Unless speaking of Bruce's, speed should not be used as a gauge for anything. OP, go play Need For Speed if you want to keep track of fastest times.

I havent tried Dark Fakis S yet but it took me 14 mins to solo Dark Fakis C with my 63 fortefighter :/
