What is that "Download Quest" thing on the offline Quest list for?

Apparently you'll be alowed to download quests, and that option is to play them afterwards.

If you're the host of a game online and talk to the lady for quests, you'll be able to choose fom a few of them.

When are there going to be quests available?! On Gamefaqs.com, a PSO thread states, he couldn't get it to download properly! Is there one available now?!

The download quest option is not avaible in the online its only offline sorry i tried it
