I'm with you... I spent a good chunk o' change to make some Phantom rifles over the past 24 hours just because I was under the impression that we were getting them. 6 Phantoms successfully synthed (out of 8 trys -- 4 boards twice), and 4 more are being synthed right now. In theory, I should be able to get at least 1 up to +10... I can hardly wait to be disappointed in the morning!

Well, we got the Grinder Base A in the shops, but no boards... What the...?!? What good are the Bases with no boards? Was this a mistake on STs part? Or was this the same with the Japanese update when they got it?

No, the JP update was the other way around - they got the boards first, THEN the grinders.

If you're looking for ATP, grinding 9 star guns will net you higher atp. 8* Kubara guns don't burn as brightly as their 6* counterparts.

The Hanmateric gets +40 Acc, but -30 Att vs. the Ulteri. I'd choose Att over Acc, but some classes may find the Kubaras to suit them better.

Unless you're a FT and can't use that nice +10 Ulteri, in which case, you're best solution would be the Hanmateric. I guess it's either good for low ATA jobs and/or earlier equip time...
