S rank boards in shops?

Checking the japanese wiki today and it almost looks as if the jp ps2/pc servers got s rank weapon boards in the shops today. Is this true? and if so, anyone have any details? This could turn the sprialling s rank costs on the 360 now on its head (excluding kubara gear i presume)

According to the update schedule for March 8th it says (badly translated by google) "adding the baseplate of the high ranking weapon", as well as a couple of new missions and the white day event.

Yes, the Japanese servers should be able to buy 10* boards. Not sure on the materials, however, the boards should be available.

That is false. There are no 10 star boards in the shops. At one point ST wanted to, but then they changed their minds.

Yes there is and this one is item scammers put in presents to temp people to buy 10* presents in player shops.
