Sorry about the spamming of the Cheap items/prices or the # of percent npc store prices they will always be there its called attention getters...

By Cheap Prices they mean, "I went to someone else's Shop instead of checking the NPCs" Now if it says "Cheaper than NPC" then maybe you got a deal
