anyone know where to find bbq hotdogs and blizzard pops?

I belive you can find the BBQ hotdogs on the Moatoob story mission, and the blizzard pops from the synthesis shop?

I just saw a Blizzard board the other day. Forget if it was Moatoob or the Robot Temple at Neudaiz.

Lot of PM food stuff in that temple
