Rare units aren't sold often enough to have a going rate. If someone has bought or sold one before (check the trade forum) you could use that as a barometer. Otherwise just price it for a million and gradually drop the price until it sells.

I sold mine for 350k but that was a while back so prices might have gone down, cheapest my friend has got one was for 100k, my suggestion is start higher and slowly lower, have a lower price than other player shops.
