didn't seem like cheap to me... 40k for a 3* weapon!!! seemed a little high, BUT I'M SO DESPERATE THAT I'M WILLIN TO PAY THAT MUCH!!!

the grinder will cost 10 times that to get even a few to (10) on 3 star luck , you'll need a good 3 to 5 mill to fund those

oh , sorry, it helps to say that is the first post /bonk

Either or , your best bet is to just make your own grinders until you get enough +9s & +10s to make your own (10)

Possibly on the PC but on the 360 they go for about 2k...
