Best mish?

What do you think the best mission is (other than S or S2) for meseta drops and quality synth drops is?

I think Eastern Peril is a great all around mission on all difficulties. It doesn't really have too many uber rares, but its commons are way above average. And then on A and S it drops Mei/Quick, and on S2 it drops Haru/quick and Halarod. Which give it a nice uber rare in the end.
