converting acids?

Can u convert acids into higher acids. Like labric acid into omega acid? Iv searched the shop but I didn't see a conversion board, can someone tell me the name of the board or how I do it if I can.

Acid is just for a bunch of healing items, plus omega acid can be commonly found in many missions.
