Giga/skill PP save?

what exactly does a giga/ skill PP save do i just found one and i dont completely understand its function.

When using PA's for melee weapons it lowers the cost of PP. But in return it increases PP for ranged weapons.

What platform are you on? If you are on PS2/PC I will gladly buy it/trade for it from you.

I bet he's a 360 user. Melee pa cost 75% and bullet pas cost 150%.

Giga/Skill PP save makes Vergil a very happy guy when you give it to him.....for free. Thats what it does >_>

I know the bullet save stacks w/ the Ftg's pp reduction so no reason this unit won't do the same for FF.
