What're the next ones up from Mega / Knight?

I want them, but can't find them anywhere!

You can check the Armor/unit shop in Colony's 2nd Floor. They have Mega /Knight and Mega/Power.

... or you can go hunt Solid / Power S from De Ragan S boss box or hunt for Hard / Hit Charge from Orgdus in Parum Relics S (sleeping warriors.)
