Me and my friend were talking about what you might need to make Psycho Wand and I told him I'll be the first to get it MWHAHA :3 Anyone going to attempt the PSO/PSU Weapon of awesome-ness?

It's a PSIV weapon of awesomeness, even if it did kind of suck in that game for anything other than dispelling barriers. And yes, I am going to make one eventually, but only after I get the rest of my 12* melee weapons.

Actually, the Psychowand originated in the original Phantasy Star as Noah's ultimate weapon; albeit, in the North American version, it was just called "wand".

My personal prediction about the materials is 20× El-Photon, 15× Diad, 10× Neptuline, and some amount (5-10) of Meteoric Metal. The description of both the rod and the metal are somewhat similar, if I recall correctly.

Well...that data was also acquired from a hacked board...which may not be the truth. If I remember correctly, the hacked Kohibumiteri's ATA requirement was way different (~50 ATA) than the actual one.

Stats on weapons are set on a per weapon basis though while boards should always be the same. The requirment for the love bow was also changed soon after being made available legitly so that'd be why it'd be different.
