Connection to Phantasy Star Universe Server Failed?

This happens to me very often, I have to disconnect and reconnect at least twice before I can finally connect.

Does this happen to anyone else?

this happens then they try to throw u in a full uni (usually 1 or 2)

it happens all the time.
