Yes you can. For some strange reason I have seem them the most often in C2. Go figure.

same here. found 2 in c2, didnt drop crap either.

Well, Mil Lillies appear just as often as Nar Lillies, I'd think. I saw a Nar Lilly today while doing Addicting Food in V. Hard Caves 1... then another one in Caves 2. They drop God/Mind for Pinkal ID ^_~

The obvious explanation is:

There are just more Lilies in Caves 2; therefore, the odds you'll see a rare version are higher there.
