tornado dance = Ulti PA = cannot be traded or sold in any ways

PA frags and the PA disks bought with them cannot be transferred between accounts, just characters on a single account via the common box.

I know you can't trade for pa frags but i'm pretty sure you can sell the photon art...kinda a way around that

No, you cannot sell the photon art. You can sell regular photon arts, but not the Ultimate ones
