I was in a party and everyone was wearing green. We did a few S2 lab runs and the rare drops did seem to be more frequent! Some of the items included Titania, Nanopolymer, Merculine, Hapotite, and a Thunder Cannon. Plus a ton of 7-9 star items in almost every room!

The GMs are simply handing out items to those in green, although not everyone. I got a Rappy Feather off one, when I ran into them in the Moatoob lobby. There's nothing else to this.
