Trading between offline characters?

Can it be done? Is it possible to trade between offline characters, liek if i have char A and Char b and char A is a hunter and gets a rifle and wants to give it to char B, a ranger, can he?

if they are both your characters then just load up in multi player and xfer the items that way if its a freind that your want to trade with im sure u trust him/her enough to drop the items http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif
