can't get a screenshot ps2 and you know that little symbol before you pick up a key in the missions it looks like that but thr symbol looks like the devils cross or something instead of the key symbol 123 or 4. ><

I believe you. I have seen this before a long time ago when I used to go to Raffon Field Base. My whole party saw it and we actually tried running around the lobby to see if there might possibly be a key lying around somewhere.
