moon atomizer question

does anyone know what was fixed about it? There was supposed to be a fix for it either in the near future or a little while ago...anyone confirmed what they did?

All I can think of is where they changed Moon atomizer X and its board from 7* to 6 so they aren't counted as rares anymore.
