It IS terrible if used in the wrong situation, but I thought it was pretty hilarious to watch.

It's also pretty handy if you've got a couple of Nadds / Polavoras nearby, or if you're in a small group and need to scatter a swarm.

For some reason all I can hear is "Rocket from the socket!" every time I see it.
