what percentage of success do u have for a 100 striking pm

idk but i know halarods have 75% and sarafi's have 100% so im guessing pretty high

I'd say 70%+ with a Photon, 65ish% with a elemental photon.

I wonder, do the weapons ever just drop as the finished weapon? Lik, expremely rare of course., but does it ever happen for S rank Weps?

More importantly though, all weapons that drop completed, are 0% green, why can't they have random elements on them. Obviously, the chance of picking up a 50% ice 9* would be laughably low, but still.

all weapons that drop completed, are equal to their store counterpart, not 0% green. if the store sells the weapon with an element, it will drop as such.

The synth rate for the crea double is around 63% with a level 100striking pm I believe. I have a level 100 tech pm and it adds about 26% to the base rate of a force weapon. The base rate for the crea doubles is 37%.
