I just found it and its got a big fat X for my fonewearl but I knew that anyway. It adds 71 more def and 9 more evd then my gaurd wave. FOnewerm only as far as i know.

I want a spread needle or Asuka with 30+% hit.I might consider other stuff its got to be good tho.
