What the DOOKIE! is up with Rod/Wand Prices in Player Shops

Seriously, what the Dookie! I see Rods that are only 3 Star NO lower than 2K (and that's as low as it goes People) which is NPC price for a 3 Star.

My Idiot Friend Bombed my Pure TECH PM (PM Device Zero) and yeah, besides being pissed I've gotta go through making it PURE all over again http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_cry.gif Making my Boards inside Also quite useless at the moment.

But last time it didn't cost more than 500K by buying Rods/Wands and this time DANG! The prices are Freaking Crazy. Look People, just so you know, I can either Drop 875K buying the Rods/Wands I need from the NPC cuz that's the base price I will have to pay to make it happen OR you can be reasonable with your sales and YOU can get that Meseta.

But I Refuse! to drop more than that to get my PURE PM back...

1 Star NPC = 350. For the 2 and 3 star NPC weaps it's a waste of Money. 2 Star is 800 and 3 Star is 2K. You might as well just buy 3 1 Star Weapons for 1050, Yes?

Now as for 4,5,6 Star etc those truely can have some value so I don't even consider them an option but I would only pay in multiples of 350 cuz it would take 875K Meseta at 350 per 1 Star Weapon. Really, there is no reason to pay for the 2 Star or 3 Star NPC prices cuz they don't multiply evenly.

Well...that's all I have to say. I was out and about looking for tech stuff just an hour ago for my PM and found very few good deals. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif I'd take stuff at even just a little under NPC price but exactly at or way over? I guess it partly IS a complaint about NPC prices seeing as you can buy 3 1 star weapons for 1050 but for a 3 Star Weapon it Costs 2K...so your getting screwed if you plan on using it to Feed. But that's just it as well, SEGA really should make certain NON-Weapon Items just as useful for making ANY PM as the Weapons are in raising levels. I mean for Goodness Sake, you can Feed Groovy Juice to make a quick Strike and combine that with a few weaps and it can even make it PURE easily.

But this was complaing Mostly about shop prices selling Rods/Wands for more than the NPC, WAY More.

Did you bother to check if they were ground weapons? That will raise the price.

Debuffs are rather effective, if you don't mind shelling out a bunch of money for a quick levelup. 3mil meseta for 5 days of work, is that right?

Yeah, most didn't have grinds, because those were the 4-6 stars that had grinds. So really, no reason for the high prices.

And 3Mil Zorafim, Good Grief! It sounds nice to have it quicker but DANG. I'll stick to the 12 Days it will take.

I agree alot w/ the OP, anyone who sells for more than the NPC price should be shot, hell, I think they should be shot for putting it at an equal price. Lower than NPC or GTFO of the shopping business, pls.

I feel your pain. After getting my 360 back from MS I wanted to finish off my tech PM. Not a single 2 star was less than 2k.

It's ok when a new guy like #46000 doesn't know the NPC prices, but when #2387 is pricing like a moron, we have a problem.

Either buy Foie or Diga disks from the NPC or synth your own food.

Yeah, I'm going to suppliment with making my own food, like I did with my Striking PM. But I'll have to get it off to at least lvl 30 first before the synthing has a good success rate. Still it will end up costing 600-700K doing it that way I'm sure. Mostly I'm Mad I will be throwing away all that Meseta to the NPC's, I really do like spreading around the Money not "Deleting" which is basically what happens when it goes to the NPC. What exact kind/brands ru looking for ?? Got to ever normal planet shop and WRITE DOWN every Rod and Wand or use PSUPEDIA along w/ Normal Prices

Search each item going from 7* and below to maybe 5* or whatever so you get a minimum of +12 Tech for PM Feed.

It takes time to search by each name and go thorugh the gazillion shops, but you will find DIRT CHEAP prices. It took about a week, but I was able to make my 450 buying stuff at others peoples shop no problem.

FUFME, I have all the names written down 3 Star and below written down AND I took the time to search all our (360) shops only to be so Upset at people's stupidity with pricing their shop weapons ABOVE NPC prices that I started this thread to begin with.

Keep in mind things were different when you made your PM "Obviously" than they are right now. And all the shop prices are the same for the Stars so looking at one Brand goes the same for ALL
