Okay I'm wondering here. Is Universe 16 where all the Japanese players conglomerate? I noticed that Universe 16 is always has at least one star and when I check it out, it's always with Japanese players.
Now, a friend says well that's BS since the JP servers are separate from the US/EU servers. But I know that's for PC/PS2 servers. Is the same with the Xbox Live servers or is my friend wrong and I'm right in that Universe 16 is the official Japanese hangout universe?
