Is there a way to grind mobs at low levels

Im a newb to PSU I used to play PSO a long time ago, but what im wondering is how do you grind in PSU or do I have to do the mission things.

Im hoping I can just go to an area and kill montsters like you used to do in PSO

PSU has gotten rid of the "Quests".

By "Missions", we meed "Areas" like in PSO. They just have a different name. They do all have an objective though. In some you have to defeat a boss, in some just reach the end.

Edit: There is the online story mode, but I don't consider those "quests".
