Which is better for a Newman? Guntecher or Wartecher?

Um, you must be joking because htis just can't be serious.

What do you want to do more? Shoot or melee?

Wartecher: Decent melee ability coupled with decent techniques for close range combat. Support ability but mostly for upfront along with good use of Gi-series techniques.
Guntecher: Good ranged weaponry and sub-par techniques. Sub-par is being nice. You won't be doing any attack techs but you will have an easier support role since you're mobile.


Also, which is better for newman? Whatever the Hell you want. PROTRANSER could be better for newman if you make it that way.

Yeah, Shiggy's got it. They're very different despite the fact that they end in techer. Decide whether you like stabbing things or shoothing things and your choice is easy. I'd say a newman would have better luck as a GT, but the first thing mentioned should have more precedence in your choice.
