I'ma level 26 guntecher looking for the same thing. The problem doesn't seem to be, "what's the best mission to level up?" but "what are the hotspots right now with character my level?" It's very hard to find teams elsewhere =/

Well, I just want the best place for lvl 34 so I can go on to 35 xD.

Unfortunately, your right >.>... most players refuse to create alts and keep running missions out of reach for the lower levels. I find that universe hopping at an area you wish to party in has decent results. Some lower parties tend to keep to backwater universes... All you have to do is find them.

Hehe. My lowest chr is GT & lv30. I haven't played her in a long time. At that lv, I woud just spam De Regans A. Joy http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif Once you reach Lv40+, there's lot of options, though.
