Kamatoze

While fighting Kamatoze we've noticed a few times that if you keep them alive long enough they'll forming a ball of energy or some crap around them and they'll start shooting waves of energy at you.

At the moment, I'm trying to show it to a perosn who hasn't seen it before.

We've tried burning them and bring their HP down to 1 and just plain ol' leaving along and they haven't done it yet.

So, uh...does anyone know how to make the Kamatoze do the energy wave thing?

I've only seen one of them do it once...I've done over 300 Agata S runs too. Whatever causes them to use it, it's incredibly rare or may be completely random.

I witnessed it one time, I was all alone trying to kill one of them since the rest of the team had run past it. It took way longer to kill it than it usually does and after some time it put up that barrier. Makes them invincible doesn't it? Never saw it shooting any waves of energy though.

When I see Kamatoze, I think Kamikaze. It's probably because I associate, at a quick glance, the beginning and end letters of the name.

Seen the shield 3 or 4 times whilst doing hundreds of Eastern peril so it's really not that common.
Also never saw any energy waves/beams, it was just the shield it put up.

I've seen it many times. I don't know exactly what it does, cause I don't find it interesting enough to investigate, but I think it's a barrier to back melee away from them. I didn't se it damage anyone, I don't think it makes them invincible in any way because they usually die during it for me. If I find anything out I'll be sure to PM you about it.

Also in the lower rank missions, his Barta TECHNIC, while looking impressive, is utterly utterly pathetic.
