Cast / Beast Forces (Not what you think)

No, this isn't an "OMG I can't aim Dambarta" topic or a "I get booted from parties! ;_;" topic.

I'm thinking of making my Fembeast a Fortetecher, and I'm just wondering if casting raises the Rage/SUV bar?

Back on PSO, casting spells didn't do anything to your PB bar, so we Forces had to run out and get smacked alot to get the thing up. I'm curious to know if Sega changed this, since I've noticed that debuffs also count as a hit now (tagging-wise).

I believe it does. I was playing with Sharkyland and he said damubarta raises his nanoblast pretty fast.

I think it does. I was able to SUV when doing nothing but casting offensive spells (I normally just spam cards as a force).

i hope it does because i have to get 5 levels as a force and if i dont get to blast at all in that period i will be disappointed

It does raise the bar, faster spells like the dam spells do it better then slower spells. Don't forget about your power though, you lose a lot being a Fortetecher, they have less atp then even a force. You will have an extremely weak beast. It can still have it's uses (stunning Jarbas) but you're not going to clear out a room and usually can do more damage with your spells. I assume it's similar for a Cast but I've never used an SUV and not sure of the direct relation to stats.

Yeah, I also kinda mispelled your name. Thought it was pronounced KA-DA-N, now I know its KEI-DE-N. Also, what happened to your Newman being a Fighgunner? Thought you didn't like being Fortetecher btw. =P

I dropped Fighgunner. Not being able to use TECHs annoyed me greatly. The only reason I went back Fortetecher was because I wanted to max it. Now that I have (and I'm a high enough level to have decent ATP), I've gone back to Wartecher. I always wanted Wartecher to be my main class (first class I reached), but the ATP was so low I couldn't use the weapons I wanted/train the PAs I wanted back then. When I went Fighgunner, I was actually planning on being Wartecher/Fighgunner, mostly Wartecher. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif
