ok im sure its here somewhere but its most likely lost in the search. so im wondering what rank of neu relics this can be found in? any info would be appreciated

Can be found off any Tengogh. Just my opinion, the bow it makes is utter crap. Good for bullet training though.

ok well whatever ur input is about the bow thats ur input. id like to have one and the board was given to me by a friend so why not make it. so ur saying it can be found on c rank?

either way it goes the damage out put is meh, but they look cool, and have a lot of PP great for those stubborn mobs who refuse to be SEd...

Dunno if this will help you Will, but I went price checking for Tengohg Ala ('cause I have one and want to sell it) and the prices were around 4-5 million. o.O (It was depressing to run price checks in generally actually...)

Yeah. A lot of items that are whole offline need to be synthesized, if they're available at all.
