Uhm, what the hell is an "S BEAT ARMS"?

I came accross one the other night, and I have no idea what it is. The tekkers won't ID it, and I can't figure out what I'm supposed to do with it.

apparently with the server problems, or just plain apathy, no one got around to telling you.

s-beat arms are the same deal as the delsaber arms; give 'em to dr montague. after one of the higher up quests, he talks about making a new kind of weapon, and that he'll make some for you if you give him materials. Go through the quests and you can't miss him (he's the pimp looking force guy who owns elanor). once you complete the one mission about his new weapon, his offer will be open, and once you unlock all the missions, you can start any mission he's in, and he'll make a new weapon for ya
