Ok, I give. I don't wanna seem like a newb, but where the hell do I get those hats?! I want one, despite my poverty, owning that hat is my priority!

Hats are added as hairstyle options in the makeover shop.

Try Lumilass on the colony's 3F. Should be 5k for the change, that's not a really big deal.
