why would a drop not be activated? Thats just seems like you're making up more skepticism. Let me do some explaining:

1) There were earlier reports of it dropping on the JP server, but it wasn't widely accepted till later on

2) Look at how far the US server is behind the JP server right now. If you don't feel like looking for yourself, let me explain: We have a few more clothes and a few more S2. We don't have much more than you guys do. Infact, since the UA stuff was taken out, we effectively haven't gotten anything in like 6 weeks or more. The US server was only like 8-9 weeks behind, so they should really only be about 2 weeks behind now.

3) There was only one update I can think of, that would have effected drops. Well, to be more specific, it did update drops. But only for monsters level 100+. Infact, this update removed the current level 100+ monsters, and was implemented before the 2 extra party missions were added (which featured the level 100 Kagajibara and level 100 Gol Dolva). And all this update really did was make it so level 100+ monsters had different drops from level 80-99 monsters. Simply put, it shouldn't have changed fakis' drops. And even if it did, it was implemented weeks and weeks ago.

I am a bit skepticial about this one person getting it to drop but I do believe that we can get it to drop.

Itsuki-chan: We are getting close to 10-12 weeks behind if the April 13th update is what JPN got Jan 25th. You should know that the JPN updates got pretty thin quick and now it is happening on our side now. We will never catch up the best we can hope for is only being 8 weeks behind.

All that text and you didn't give any real specific reason as to why Fakis's drops couldn't of changed yet for the US. Sega can change any aspect of anything at any time. Kind of like how Tengoghs used to rarely appear at all on Neudaiz.

Furthermore nobody knows exactly what could of been implemented at any given time. So don't be so shocked at all the speculation. Also there can be no timeframe given when it comes to how far behind we are in updates compared to Japan. The US/EU server updates are entirely different from the Japanese updates. Sometimes we get things at the same time as you guys (like Rainbow Beast S), sometimes we only receive parts of the updates you guys had gotten all at once at the time (like how we had the Fakis board before we had the Fakis mission).

The only conclusive action that can be taken is to provide picture proof in English of said item dropping.

So in conclusion, pics or it didn't happen.

Lets peace this out.

First off, the tengohg change was well known, and people from JP told you guys about it repeatedly. It wasn't like it came out of left field. The JP update said mizuraki was changed. And what do you know, they changed mizuraki.

Second, on the JP server, we know when drops change, because they list it in the update news. They don't list the specific enemies. But if they even change one small aspect, they'll put it in the update news.

Third, theres a difference between content updates and balance changes. Changing a drop would probably be a balance change. And the US has gotten all balance changes within a couple weeks of the jp server recieving them. Infact, the US server usually gets them the same week as the JP server. It seems unlikely the axe was a completely unannounced content update.

Fourth, with that said, as I said in the previous post, drops have only been changed once. And that update is already known to be on the US server.

I'm not saying that its entirely impossible that its changed on the US server. I'm just saying that its highly improbable that it would be different on the US server. And I'm saying that theres tons of non-conclusive information that says that it really should be the same. And theres absolutely no information saying that it should be the different, other than the fact that SoA tends to screw things up. But how hard is it to transfer a database file?

Perhaps I'm just ranting, but in my mind, the chances of drops being different between the two servers are about as high as the chances of Feng Shui being real.

Since this thread is on the fast-track to no where, I am going to lock this thread.

In regards to the actual drop, there has been no evidence to support any difference in JP and local HIVE drops. Everything that was supposed to drop has shown up in some form so far. Given that, the Item DB has been updated to indicate the [B] Ank Detta is a Seed Awakened S drop.
