its in Japanese text... just because their name isn't filled with strange symbols doesn't mean they aren't playing the JP version

Only place I know you could find out if its an Alt+#### code

Thats what I'm thinking also, or they have just cleverly hidden them really well, its quite possible for us its one of those many Alt+#### codes, but I think the guy was just pulling your leg, or they actually waited a month just to import PSU...

Alt codes are a special Windows thing, so I don't think they'll work on console keyboards.
