Ok i just got this PA and I want to know what happens when it reaches lvl 11 and lvl 21 etc. Because currently im really unimpressed with its ability to only hit 1 person/target per shot.

lol if you want to hit multiple enemies just line them up XD as for multiple targets on one monster I'm not sure it's possible on any cannon bullet

Mayalee Prism is a situational tool, but very useful when used right. It penetrates and can hit multiple enemies if you line them up in a rough line, it doesn't have to be perfect. The laser has some thickness to it, so a shot in between two foes (standing right next to each other) should still hit both.

I've found it very useful against robots in Grove of Fanatics, or perhaps Train Rescue. In Grove it works well because the robots are plain annoying, but also beause most rooms are rectangled and have perfect corners, just round them up,pin them down into a corner and unload.

It's also life saver if Go Vahras or Deljabans get in my face and I can't use a grenade launcher. It can take same patience and walking in reverse, but wait for them to line up some before you fire. It's also not bad for worms, but honestly a nade is better if you can get them to group up (the worms that is)

At lv 11 (what it's at for me currently)

PP cost: 33
Att.: 136%
Acc. 56%

It gains no new abilities that I know of at 11 or 21, I don't use Cannons except for Mayalee Prism and I don't know if it's range is less than other Cannon PA's. Just try to keep your Ata maxed when using Mayalee Prism because it's the knockback that matters, not really the damage.

You may be unimpressed, but I know anyone who has access to cannons finds this an invaluable PA. It will save your life if you're mobbed up by enemies.

Like the above post said, it's situational.

What are u usin it on? All laser cannons can hit an infinite number of enemies in its path and range. This PA is one of most useful. At 11 it costs 32 a shot and the laser range is slightly longer.

it is funny to use it on enemies coming to you. Usually i use it to push the enemies away while the FO is buffing...http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime1.gif the best part when using this cannon is to push away those buff up Vahras away and into corner, cause if u dont, those vahra can do up to 1k damage and two hits from them is death for a FO or even most other characters without lightning armor as well. The PA really suck on boss though like you can only hit 1 part of the boss, but on little enemies it can be very useful to push them away...http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif

Halp Serafi? http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif

I don't recall either "halp" or "serafi" being in the dictionary, let alone anyone using them as a non-pun. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

Yah apologies, its not half as bad as i originally thought, It does indeed hit multiple small enemies but it only hits one taget on say a kog nadd, thats what was confusing me.

So at lvl 11 the range increases? this is good! im now realising its a bloody handy PA to have now ^_^

I'll probably mess with MayaLee Prism, in the future. I'm curious as to how I can make use of it. Anything that adds to tactical strategy is definitely an interest to me, as my character class can't use Grenades.

You can't Help Sarah Lee. Because nobody else does it like her. *runs*

Just to warn you though, the ata on this PA is low in the beginning. I've bought this myself and wanted to test it out since so many others love it as well.
I tried lining up enemeies, and seeming to miss alot. I'm told it's not cause the lazer's lack or width/range, but the low ata at first. So not everyone's going down till you work on improving it.

I find this great on worms (don't have grenades), spell casters, those centaur things in Neudiz, and anything that you can manage to knock into corners.
And yes, buffed Varhas are EVIL! But on S2, their too quick and jump around too much for me to corner them correctly. Still, knocking them down before I get surrounded is always a plus!
