It is generally accepted that this item has less trade value then a me/quick. However since most all trades you do now adays are item for item/s it is sort of hard to say. It just seems to be that the /quick has a higher demand then the /tech line. In all fairness the /tech, /quick, /charge, etc are going to be fairly similiar in what they can get you it has more to do with your luck of finding a willing trade partner.
