When you press printscreen, there is a folder in your My Documents folder called "SEGA", and a PSU folder with screenshots inside that one.

It auto-saves all your screens.

Hmm, does it not work when your offline. Because I did it, and my screne flashed and then I logged out, but no folder was in the SEGA folder.

Yes, it works fine when you're offline. Are you sure you're checking in my documentsSega, and not Program FilesSega?
