Halp! (As in, "Help w/ Halp Serafi," but shorter)

I finally got access to PSU (and for an entire week! Woo!), and during my break, I've noticed people finding Halp Serafi boards. Since I've no clue where to find 'em, I'd like some, well, halp.

Would anyone mind telling me where I can find the Rappies that are capable of dropping 'em? I know where to find Rappies, I just dunno which level Rappy drops the board, nor do I know if it drops in S or S2,
