Rifle Bullets only get Lv 4 SE right?

yeah, its just for my friend, her bullet glitched, and when it hit 30 today, she said it was Lv 5 infect, which i knew was bogus, and we swiched uni's, and sure nuff it was a minor glitch.

ummm....i gonna hafta call bullshyt on that? Specially since it was "a friend". As far as I know there is no code for such a thing even.

During my time on RO, I saw a pic of some where the game farted and the level for one of their skills was was over 10k. Just because the game can't handle such a level doesn't mean the game can't glitch out and list it as having that level.
