Now, Is it just me or does it say 'Variety Shop, Casino Selects, Rassuans' (I dont get the last one..)

Thats a bit different font. Look at the ad, there are three Different fonts. So it could say Casino. God knows Sega loves Casinos ('pecially in the sonic series.)

It's just something to liven up Clyez City. Similar to how there's an actual billboard for the club. You may recall seeing a sign with a silhouette of a woman floating. It's advertising Club Commune, the name for the club in Clyez.

So theres no actual "use" for it?

None that I know of. Oh, wait. Did you mean a use for the club or a use for the sign? I kind of got myself lost. XD

EDIT: As far as the club goes, I think it was mentioned that it would be used for special GM events. But, I'm not sure if that's official or just speculation. Hopefully we'll here something on it down the road. I'm actually kind of surprised that it's not even been opened on the JP servers for anything yet.

It's a shame ST hasn't gone to find any actual real world companies to use up the huge amounts of available advertisement space. Would generate some extra revenue and possibly establish some relationships for possible event sponsorship.
