Looking for info on the Mob --> Orgdus

I've been trying to trade for a Hard/Power Charge for a month now & I'm come to the conclusion that I'd be better off pressing my luck & hoping for it to drop on a 3star luck day. So anywho, I'm wondering just what mob "Orgdus" is ? What planet, & then what mission ? Cause I don't ever remember that name from any mission i've been on. I know he has to be 60+, but have no clue where he's located.
