Hey. Anyone know if its possible to take pics on the PS2. And if not how do you do it on the PC?

No t sure for the PS2, but for the PC, simply press the Print Screen Button on your keyboard

You have to get a capture card. Dunno much about them. They hook to your PC and allow to you take screenshots of your PS2 game on your PC, that's all I know.

I looked it up. How does it attach to the PS2 though the back of the tv in the cable jack?

Capture cables work basically as a video input into your computer. They come in a few varieties. But they're designed for making videos. It just so happens that some also allow you to take a screen capture. Or you can take video and edit out a frame.

But you'd just hook your ps2 up to the capture card like it was a TV. And then using a program on the PC, you could preview what your capture card is seing (usually, sometimes you can't, and in those cases you need to split the video).

Alternately, you can just take a digital camera and take a picture of your TV. And then photoshop it to not look bad.

You need a capture card/tv tuner. It goes inside your computer (or outside if it's a usb version). You attach the PS2 a/v cables to it, and just run the software that comes with it.

Ok, so I think I'm going to get a capture card and hook my PS2 up to the PC like a tv. I know where to find the capture card, but they all have just tv input. Can someone post a link to an adapter to hook the av cables up to the tv input? Much thanks.

You could always just get a PC player to take pics FOR you, mur.

The snapshots automatically go into your Documents folder. In Documents you'll see a folder that's created by PSU called "SEGA."

Look in the SEGA folder and you'll find all your snapshots.
