That bullet PA is totally right out've PSO. I think the effect was called "Charge" which took meseta and "Berserk" which took HP.

So it's not all that farfetched.

Could be real.

its tru, ppl haxed it from offline mode for research reasons,

I would love to have charge back. The Baranz Launcher was my favorite weapon from PSO. I would bankrupt myself in a matter of hours though.
