I have not. Then again, I have not experienced much lag at all over my course of playing this game.

I always go here to test my connection speed:

Just click on whichever server is closest.

My favorite part is the part at the end where they try and get you to buy their service. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_mad.gif

._.; I only got 1,702 kbps for download, and 433 kbps upload.
My DSL makes me sad now. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_cry.gif

That's quite good. Do you experience the same lag playing any other games over XBL?

Try changing them to 4.2.2.1 and 4.2.2.2 (primary and secondary) and see if that gives you a more stable connection.

Yeah, you change it from the dashboard on the system blade, it's under network settings.

Some of the "lag" you may be experiencing is not actual network lag, but just slowdown from poor coding on Sonic Team's part. This is for the most part unavoidable, but I noticed that you get a lot less slowdown if you're playing on an HDTV.
If you play any other games besides PSU I strongly advise against changing your DNS settings.

Sometimes when your on a populated universe you'll have some server-side lag. I've had that happen a few times, and one time half of our party DCed.

Would your HD set be a DLP by any chance? Samsung in particular?

I play on an HD and I get some graphics lag, but never to the point the game becomes unplayable.
